Dishwasher making noise during rinse cycle

A customer called because their dishwasher was making a terrible noise during the rinse cycle and there was water on the floor. Andy's dispatched our technician to provide a full diagnosis, which revelaed a leak from the fill tube and the wash motor needed to be replaced. After replacing the parts and cleaning all areas underneath, the unit tested out perfectly and the customer has a full one year parts and labor warranty!
