Thermador Appliance Repair – Factory Certified

“I have used Andy’s on at least three separate occasions. They’re always amazing to  work with on the phone and in person. I have had Brad out on two of those occasions and he is very professional and willing to answer any questions I have had. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would, never had a bad experience!  Keep up the great work!  Ryan L.  Google Reviews, Five Stars

We Know Thermador Appliances

Thermador has been designing and manufacturing ultra-high end kitchen appliances since 1916. The company has a long history of kitchen appliance innovation. In the 1970’s they were the first to introduce the “smooth top cooktop” using material developed by Corning. Julia Child and Alice from The Brady Bunch both cooked with Thermador appliances. Today Thermador still produces high end home kitchen appliances that are beloved in many homes.

Customer Focused

We take a “guest mentality” approach when we enter your home. Our Certified Master Technicians drive clearly marked Andy’s vans and arrive on time in clean, pressed uniforms. We knock on the door (door bells wake sleeping babies), remove our shoes or put on booties to keep dirt and dust off out of your home. Our tools are placed on padded mats to protect your floor surfaces.

Master Certified Technicians

Our technicians go through years of training and experience before diagnosing and taking the lead on a repair. Working with certified techs means your diagnosis and repair will be done efficiently and correctly the first time.

Your Time Matters

We give you a 2 hour window for your service appointment so you aren’t stuck at home waiting and wondering. Your appointment is confirmed the day before service, and a technician will also call you when he is on the way. Expect us to arrive when we say we will – we don’t make customers wait.

Transparent and Honest

After our technician diagnoses your machine, they explain the issue and provide you with an estimate for repair. Once you give approval our technician gets to work repairing your appliance. We only use factory OEM original parts for repairs to keep your machine running safely to factory specification.

Parts and Labor Guarantee

Once your Thermador appliance is repaired and working as it should, we’re not done. Andy’s stands by our work. Every repair comes with an industry leading one year parts and labor guarantee. We got you covered!

Frequently Asked Questions about Thermador Appliances

Why isn’t my Thermador Oven self-cleaning properly?

Before running the self-clean feature, allow the oven to cool, wipe away loose soils/debris or heavy spills and remove the racks and all other accessories from the oven. Set the oven for the maximum self-clean time if the oven is badly soiled.

How to remove limescale from my Thermador steam oven?

Run the Decalcify mode. Refer to your owner’s manual to learn how to decalcify your steam oven. Descaler for steam ovens (part # 00573828) can be purchased in the online Thermador Accessories Store.

Why won’t my Thermador Oven start?

Check if the door did not close properly. Open and make sure to close the door properly. Check to see if any food remnants or foreign objects are jammed in the door. If there are, remove them so the door can close properly.

Why won’t the controls on my Thermador oven respond?

Be sure the control surface is clean and dry. Touch the center of the touch key using the flat part of your finger. If only parts of the display/controls are not working or missing, turn the oven off at the circuit breaker and wait five minutes. Turn the circuit breaker back on and the oven should reset itself and be operable. If this does not solve the problem, please schedule a service visit.

The oven light on my Thermador Oven is not working.

Replace or reinsert the light bulb if loose or defective. Use gloves or a small wash cloth when handling the light bulb. Touching it with your fingers may deposit oils on it and cause it to burn out prematurely.
