Do Viking built-in refrigerators install flush?

Yes, both Viking and Custom Panel refrigerators install flush into standard cabinet openings.

What door stop adjustments are available on Viking built-in refrigerators?

The 5 Series units have an adjustment of 90 degrees F, 110, and 120. The 7 Series units have an adjustment of 90 and 105 degrees F.

Is a drain required for Viking ice Machines?

Yes, a drain pump is required for all ice machines. The ice machine draining process removes the old ice from the bin so that fresh ice can constantly be produced. A drain pump accessory is available for installations where no floor drain is available. A model with a drain pump is available for installations where no floor drain is available or a drain pump accessory can be purchased separately.

If the settings in the Viking Speed Cook are preprogrammed, why do I have to check my food at the 80% complete point?

Because everyone’s food preferences are slightly different, the 80% complete point helps ensure your food is cooked exactly to your liking. However, if you do not want to check your food at the 80% complete point, select “Continue cooking” or simply select nothing. After 20 seconds of no selection, the cook cycle will continue according to the preprogrammed settings.

How hot does the Viking TurboChef oven get?

When cooking, the maximum temperature the oven will reach is 500°F (260°C). During a self-clean cycle, the ovens can reach up to 820°F (438°C).
