We Know Wolf Appliances

Wolf Appliance was formed by Sub-Zero in 2000 to create the ultimate cooking appliances for passionate home cooks. The Sub-Zero launch of Wolf product lines was the most ambitious ever in the cooking industry, with more than 50 items at once. Wolf cooking equipment is highly specialized, putting precise control in the hands of consumers via easy to use technology.

Wolf makes a range of appliances that are meant to complement the Sub-Zero refrigeration product line.  Wolf cooking includes a full line of  high end appliances like induction, gas and dual fuel ranges, built-in-ovens,  coffee systems, microwaves, module cooktops, ventilation systems and warming drawers.

Frequently Asked Questions about Wolf Appliance Repair

Why isn’t my Wolf range burner igniting?

First check to see if the front panel of your Wolf range is illuminated. The problem is likely an electrical connection to the appliance. If it’s plugged in but not working, check your home’s circuit breaker panel to see if the breaker has kicked off. If this isn’t the issue then you’ll need to call for a repair.

Why won’t my Wolf oven fan turn off?

It is common for these fans to continue operating even after you have turned off the appliance. The fan will turn off when the temperature drops to a safe level. After self-cleaning, the fan may run for an hour or more.

Why is my Wolf oven still sparking after it lights?

Most modern gas cooktops use electronic ignition to light the gas. This ignition system provides a spark until the flame appears, then automatically shuts off. If the burner cap is out of position, sparking may continue after the flame appears. If the flame is uneven around the burner, check the cap’s position.

How long is a Wolf warranty last?

Two years for parts and labor. Years three through five covers some electronic boards, heating elements, and gas burners.

How do you reset a Wolf microwave?

If the control panel of your Wolf microwave oven is not responding when you press the buttons, make sure the unit is getting power. Plug the microwave into another outlet. Then, turn the circuit breaker to the microwave off and turn it back on in about 10 seconds.
