Our diagnostic fee is $139 for standard appliances and $159 for high-end appliances. This fee covers the trip to your home, a comprehensive professional diagnosis, and a written estimate for the repair. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the total cost. If you choose not to move forward, the diagnostic fee is all you will pay. We accept checks, cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or debit cards. However, if you choose to use a card of any type, there will be a $5 transaction fee per use.

If your address is outside of our normal service territory, the diagnostic fee will be $179 for traditional brands or $199 for high-end brands. You will always be notified of this additional charge before the service call is run.

We proudly guarantee our work for one full year, covering both parts and labor (the diagnostic fee is covered for 30 days).

If you have additional appliances needing service, we offer a $20 discount on any additional diagnostic.
