What Fireplace Components Can We Diagnose and Repair?
Our technicians are trained to service and repair every critical part of your gas or glass-front fireplace. When you schedule a fireplace repair, here’s what we can fix to restore safety, efficiency, and comfort in your home:
Burner
We address burners that aren’t lighting properly, produce uneven or noisy flames, or show signs of blockage or wear.
Logs/Media
If decorative logs or media are misplaced, damaged, or discolored, we can safely reposition or replace them so your fireplace looks and functions its best.
Gas Valve
Issues with the gas valve, such as leaks, restricted flow, or trouble shutting off, are promptly diagnosed and repaired to maintain proper gas supply and safety.
Pilot Assembly (Thermocouple/Thermopile)
We repair ignition failures, test safety sensors, and correct problems with thermocouples and thermopiles that can prevent your pilot light from staying lit or safely shutting off the gas.
Ignition System (Sparker)
Malfunctions in the sparker or push-button ignition mean your fireplace won’t light reliably. We replace faulty igniters and make sure your system starts safely every time.
Glass Front
Our team repairs cracked, cloudy, or misaligned glass panels, restoring clear views, safety barriers, and the aesthetic value of your fireplace.
Controls and Thermostat
If your fireplace controls, remote, or thermostat aren’t responding or adjusting flame/heat as they should, we troubleshoot and repair the electronics for smooth operation.
Optional Blower Fan
For units with a built-in or add-on blower fan, we repair electrical faults, switches, or fan motors to help maximize heat distribution in your space.
Whether a part isn’t working, you notice unusual sounds, or the fireplace won’t turn on, we have the tools and expertise to fix it, returning your fireplace to safe, efficient performance.

Before You Book: What We Need
To make your appointment efficient and to avoid wasted time or unnecessary costs, we require a few things before confirming your visit:
- Photo of the fireplace: Please text a clear image of your fireplace. This helps us confirm your unit is serviceable and allows our technicians to plan and bring the right tools and parts.
- Brand (if known, not required to schedule): Sharing the brand of your fireplace can help us prepare, but it’s not necessary to set your appointment.
- Is the unit over 40” wide? If yes, please let us know in advance, as larger fireplaces may require a second technician.
Units We Cannot Service
We value your time and want to avoid unnecessary appointments or surprises. We do not service:
- Fireplaces with no glass.
- Hinged bi-fold glass doors.
- Wood-burning fireplaces that have been converted to gas.
- Severely corroded or extensively modified units.
If a required photo is not provided and we arrive to find the unit unserviceable, the customer may be responsible for ½ of the $159 diagnostic fee.
Our Repair Guarantee
All completed repairs include a 1-year warranty on both parts and labor. If you ever have concerns or issues after your repair, just give us a call; we stand behind our work every time.
